Our rights are violated.
Our needs are not met.
When you feel angry, here's an anger management technique to use to discover the signal and its function.

The Technique
In one hand, put the verb ALLOW
In the other hand, put the verb PROTECT
For each the opening verb, you will add actions verb in order to get these inspiring sentences :
